Yvette Cameron is VP and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, Inc. focusing on next generation HCM processes and technologies, and is founder of NextGen Insights, an independent consulting and marketing communications firm. A proven executive leader and visionary, she brings over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, communicating and managing global technology solutions. Her work enables companies to align business objectives and workforce initiatives, foster employee engagement, and create a transformational workplace.
Yvette is an active blogger and speaker in the HCM Processes and Technologies space, sharing her views and market research on leading practices and emerging technology approaches to enable businesses to better impact results through more effective people management.
Prior to joining Constellation Research Yvette was with Saba Software as their VP and General Manager of Talent Management solutions where she helped incubate and launch their social networking technologies, and advanced their integrated learning and talent management solutions. Before Saba, Yvette led product and marketing strategy teams at Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and JDEdwards to guide product direction and enable strategic business value across a wide array of HCM applications.
Yvette brings an important and unique blend of HR practitioner and software development experience to her research, consulting and advisory work enabling creative insights into transformational people processes and technologies. In addition to extensive software vendor experience, Yvette brings more than 10 years of experience as an HR practitioner, where she honed her skills in communication, change management, and the translation of business objectives into effective workforce processes and technology strategies.
Yvette has delivered her insights and recommendations on process and technology trends for more than 14 years at industry events and customer engagements across the globe. She has keynoted events and is a regular contributor to publications aimed at HCM and Talent Management professionals. She is a former columnist for HROToday and board member of the international Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA). Today Yvette serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Institute for Human Resources (IHR) Social Media and Employee Communications, and is an active member of the editorial staff for Workforce Solutions Review.
Yvette holds a BA in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from California State University, Sacramento.
